Jess (mommy of Milky Robot) got me thinking about inspiration this morning, and it seems we have a lot in common. Graffiti and modern visual art is such a constant in my life. My husbands art supports our family so it is only natural that we are surrounded by inspiring art on a regular basis. A current fav. of mine is Barry McGee and his late wife Margaret Kilgallen. Every time I look at their art I think about how well it would transfer to quilting. One day I will get to a Barry McGee quilt...
