I learned a little about canning yesterday, and I am so excited to expand on it. I went to a friends and made raspberry and strawberry jam with her mom. I am especially fond of the strawberry jam ♥ This morning I purchased the goods to begin canning in my own kitchen. We are a gluten free- casien free household so I have been doing a lot of soups  and freezing them for lunches, but canning opens up a whole new realm of possibilities.
